To assist you with your plans, use the links to the left to find who can help make your special day a memory. Below you will find the requirements to obtaining a marriage license. In Las Vegas you are not required to have a blood test and there is no waiting period. The two people involved can obtain a marriage license for $35 at: Clark County Marriage
License Bureau This office is open 8 am to midnight Monday through Thursday, 8 am on Friday till midnight on Sunday. All Nevada holidays the office is open 24 hours. You must show proof of identification by bringing a driver's license, birth certificate, passport or military ID. If you are between 16 to 18 years old, consent must be given in person or by a notarized affidavit of either parent. If you chose to not have a formal wedding you may get married by the Commissioner of Civil Marriages. This office is at 309 South Third Street and open the same hours as the License Bureau. There will be a $50 ceremony fee for this service.
